You're confusing cause and effect. The best university doesn't make people into geniuses. Geniuses choose to go the the best university.

Universities don't create a genius. A genius is born as a potential genius and nurtured into a true, grown genious by their upbringing. They greatest universities in the world seem to attract some geniouses and mix them in with others who have been fortunate enough to slip through the cracks by having superior grades alone.
Then, you're left with a bunch of people who think they're all geniouses and the only ones who truly are most probably are the ones who don't profess it at all.
If you had to ask a question like this on Yahoo Answers, you are not a genious and never will be. Sorry.

you cant become a genius by a university, self improvement all depends on you. but, i'd guess harvard, since it's the costliest and most prostegious
