I can hear lots of screaming from the house over the road and there are flames pouring out of the downstairs windows, what can I do as I cant phone the fire brigade as we are on dial up for the internet and it would disconnect my computer, pleas help me as this is most upsetting and the kids screams are making my dog bark

get your knob out and run over shouting "turn my hose on", you`ll probably find some of the onlookers to give you some "assistance" and putting the fire out as an additional bonus.

If you are hearing& seeing these things, diconnect your damn computer and call the police! ASAP! You could probably stop continued abuse and possibly the death of someone.I totally urge you to call.You could at least go to another neighbor's house, get thier view on things and then call the ploice from thier home.

why would you want to joke about something like that? what if it really did happen you wouldnt be taking the mick then! some people may have been trapped in house fires and lost lives its sick to mes around and say stupid childish things like that, you wouldnt joke if it had happened to you

If you have a mobile, call the emergency services on that. You can use prepay mobiles with no credit for emergency calls.

Oh well, I wouldn't worry too much. It'll soon die down. Next time you see them though (when they're out of hospital), you should point out that their behaviour is rather anti-social.
