i have heard that if you cross your legs too much you will get more leg fat. i always cross my legs and my legs are fatter than i would like. i am very active and eat very healthy, but my thighs are fatter than the rest of my body. is crossing my legs a reason for this thigh fat?

Very silly myth right there. I mean how can crossing your legs make your legs even fatter. Thats completly bogus! Cross your legs anytime and as long as you want. And the reason for the thigh issue is becuase maybe all the junk food *if you eat any* goes through your thighs and make then bigger. Or becuase thats the way your body's built. Besides don't worry your probably pretty anyways.

Of course your thighs are going to be fatter than the rest of your body!! and i don't really think that crossing your legs could make them fatter?

Honey, anything can make U fat these days, but I don't think that that's one of them. I think it should make your legs skinnier. I cross mine all the time and my thighs have been the same size since I hit middle school, now I'm in high school. Maybe UR just growing up,...or growing a booty(LOL). Embrace it. Make it work 4 U.

Crossing your legs will not make them fatter, but it can make you more likely to get spider veins because of the stretching that takes place when you cross your legs.

I don't know about that, but I do know that it is very bad for your back to sit with your legs crossed. Try doing some leg exercises!

i've never heard of that..i think its just a myth. you legs might look "fatter" but it might just be muscle since your very active and healthy. So your legs are probably very strong.
