How much should have been spent? Are we taking the media and the 911 commissions word for it? Isn't the 911 Commission just made up of Bush supporters and backers?

The original budget amount for the 9/11 commission was 3 million dollars. They received an 11 million dollar increase for a total of 14 million dollars. To out this into perspective, the Challenger inquiry received over 50 millions dollars. The Starr investigation received 52 million dollars. The 9/11 commission was funded at about a tenth of those levels.

I would say that until the answers were complete. No matter what the cost. But it should have been at least the same 50 million that was spent on the Challenger inquiry. If we could spend 1.2 trillion on a war, we could spend 1.2 million on investigating the ATTACK that led to these "wars".

No, most people believe the events of 9/11 need MORE investigation. The independent investigations show that the commission report is incomplete. Even the report itself states in only addresses the initial collapse, not the physics of the way three buildings fell. As well., ALL engineers SHOULD want to have a TON of investigation on why three steel buildings collapsed on the same day, when NONE have done so before, OR since.

A drop in the bucket when compared to the amount of money spent on investigating Clinton's affair. I find over three thousand deaths caused by negligence much more serious than a president's affair.

Many unexplainable things on 9/11 were dubbed coincidence. How many coincidences equal a coincidence? It is utter bullcrap because three thousand people don't coincidentally die.

The 9/11 Commission was a bipartisan fact-finding group, led be Gov. Tom Kean (R-NJ) and Rep. Lee Hamilton (D-IN).
