Home made mac & cheese goes super w/ a Turkey Dinner including candied yams, greens, dressing (that's kinda like stuffing, but it's baked in a pan made w/ corn bread) ... or some black eyed peas, fried catfish or bbq ribs ... mmmm ... so, you could do turkey dinner or soul food. Either is great! Never had it w/ ground beef. That's kind of cheating yourself out of some good eating. ;)
