This all depends on the relationship that is involved here. If your family can let you be independent and not treat you as a child and you can abide by the things they want in the home, it just might work. It will not work if you do not get along with your family.

It depends on your perception of this move. After college, what is it that you want? If you don't want to be drowning in debt, then by all means this could be a very smart move. But if a move such as this were to interfere with your happiness or sense of self, then it is not for you.

Good idea to get out of debt before moving out on your own I think.

It depends. My Fiance and I moved in with his family to get ourselves on the ground after graduating from school. The best way to make it not a failure is set yourself a deadline. For example, we gave ourselves 6 months after his and my graduation to get everything taken care of. 6 months is plenty of time to get bills organized and a solid job, if you stick to it, and work hard to get out as fast as possible, it isn't a failure.

Good idea while you are job searching, but eventually you want to get away from Mommy and Daddy and get that apartment on your own.

as long as the hosts are cool with it, it's a great idea, and you can always move out whenever you want!
