You just need to relax. Our bodies sometimes need a rest. Try back rubs, massage, and other 'together' activities without worrying about it leading to sex.
If you stress out about this, it'll make it worse.
If things don't get better in a few weeks time, schedule an appointment with your doctor - he has dealt with this issue before, and will have good advice to offer you.
Do not be tempted to take Viagra or other drugs - that is not going to fix the problem.

You are not suppose to get hard again. Once your done, thats it. Go on an antidepressant like prozac or paxil and you will be able to last longer. But this is normal for a 22 year old. Do it again later in the day or the next day.

You need to practice restraint. You need to learn about your body and how it reacts. Bring yourself close to climax, then stop for awhile, then repeat a few times, trying to go longer each time, until you build up your stamina. It will take practice, but unless you have a medical problem, it can be done. Mind over matter.....

You're stressing too much, dude.
Relax.
Next time you're with him, just pretend there's not going to be sex. This will help you relax & enjoy yourself. Then you'll be fine.
