where are you going from? the cheapest place would be a short distance away. Fun places if you want to party are Palm Springs, Florida, Mexico, Caribean, Hawaii, etc..it just depends on where you start from and what is cheap for your budget.

Myrtle Beach, SC would be dirt cheap with lots to do. But, the weather might be iffy.
