You can. There are a couple of ways of going about it.
Probably the easiest would be to echo out an iframe in which your subpage is located:
echo "\n";
?>
Lots of other options are available, as well, such as fopen, curl and the like. Check the PHP documentation.

include("ur page");

You can, but the best two ways are:
header('Location: http://www.yoursite.com');
At the beginning of the page. This modifies the header and redirects the page.
You can also use include('file.php'); where the file.php is whatever page/code you want to be included.
