First off, it might not even come out for the PS2, but for the PS3 instead.
Second, there's been no talk of a Kingdom Hearts 3 from Disney or Square Enix.
I'm sure there will be a KH3, but I don't think the game has even gone into development or even in the planning stages.
So, to answer your answer, it's probably going to be 2008 since there's no mention of the game for 2007.

There has been no talk for the game yet I say 2008. Why do you think PS2 when there's already a PS3?There is little chance they make it for PS2.
