"Before you upload you should correct all of the frontpage link errors.
Then upload the files using the web client."This is what CJB.NET told me to do and I don't understand it.

These are web clients, by the conventional meaning of the term.

The World Wide Web is considered a "client-server" application. Thus the terms "web server" and "web client".

That's you. A client is essentially the opposite of a server (it's more complicated than that, but it works).

A browser can be considered a client application.
