How come today when a white man kills a black man its automatically considered an act of racism but then when a black man kills a white man its just another murder? I think after the 60's whites gained more respect for blacks but the blacks are still living 50 years ago.

I live in a town that is about 99.9% white. A few years ago a black family moved here. They are good decent people and are well liked by most of the community. A while back I was talking to the man and he told me that if a white family had moved to his old neighborhood, they wouldn't have lasted long.
There is still allot or racism going both ways. It's a part of our species that dates back to the dawn of man. Only now we are slowly adapting out of it.
Sadly, most people don't realize how many white men died on the battlefields to bring the black men freedom. How the early US Navy sailing ships were deployed to the African coast to stop the slave ships. They only remember the fact that a very small number of white men owned slaves. So they have a 200 year old chip on their shoulder which they feel gives them the right to hate.
My dark skinned friend and I talk often about such things and we don't see each other's color. Maybe we have evolved. Maybe everyone else will too someday.

I agree about the white man killing the black man is considered racism but a black man killing a white man is murder. That I do not have an answer to, but isn't it kind of the same thing how some black people still hold the slavery thing against white people and still act like white people owe them something when it was many many many many years ago? That's just the way our nation is and it will probably remain that way for a very long time. It sucks... but thats just how it is.

Last week 2 white kids drove by and shot a black mans eye out . That's not on world news, no one has said anything about racism. This is just another made up complaint for racist.

Lets not be ignorant and assume that all blacks or all whites think that way. I know I personally don't concern myself with the race of the person comitting a crime. The only time I'll even consider something an act of racism or hate is when it's blatantly obvious.

Other jobs too, white people RULE

It does seem the blacks like to riot when someone is killed.I thought some of the past hollywood trials were bs.They don't feel they are handed a fair deal. Get a clue. Some of the worlds other races aren't getting a fair deal and their not complaining!
I get so tired of seeing it all over the news.
