Who believes Anna Nicole Smith was murdered and why?

It is a cover up for another celebrity. For years, she has had serious drug problems. She was taking methadone to get off of methamphetamine. The son she lost recently probably had alot to do with the recent depression. Howard Stern (her lawyer/friend/baby's daddy) was probably contributing to her drug addiction, knowing the outcome would eventually play out for him. Remember that this baby is worth millions from inheritance money. The guardian of this kid will be rich. That's enough motive for all these family members and Howard Stern to be fighting over this kid instead of helping Anna Nicole when she needed support. I really don't care for her either way, but it's interesting to see all the drama surrounding this death. What's ironic is the guy holding onto the kid is a lawyer. He'll never back down against Anna Nicole's trailer trash hick family.

I do, I am sure of it....Howard stern, the weasel that he is, did in Danny, then her, I posted a question about 6 weeks ago and said I knew she would be next...he offed them both for the money, married her after 20 years of humiliation...this s not brain surgery,,,this is just a question of who would gain from her and Daniels death?.....Mr. stern...he is soooooooooooo guilty and I just heard he is being "detained"....fry the monster!!!

I don't believe she was murdered, but there's a lot of questions especially to why Anna had a bottle of Methadone in her refridgerator...unless she had a heroin habit she's trying to kick and that was her doctor issued bottle. Along with a box of TrimSpa-which she probably got by the caseload for being their spokesmodel and that was a perk for her.

I believe that all the years of hard living had finally caught up with her since that's what happened to Gerald Levert, River Phoenix, and rapper ODB they all had acute intoxication which was drug induced heart attacks brought on by their need to mix prescription medication with alcohol and over the counter meds used for colds and flu since many drug addicts are usually sick with cold or flu like symptoms and use stuff like Sudafed or other brands of OTC cold and flu medication. It seems like Anna was just clearly on the verge of burning herself completely into self destruct mode, and having a shady MF like Howard in her circle didnt help either. If he had her best interest he would have never considered a relationship with her and remained her lawyer not someone she's sexually involved with. I think the Bar association in California needs to look into disciplinary actions against Stern for fornication and cavorting with a client he was representing for a number of years.

Howard's influence over her has caused her to isolate herself from people who really cared about her and as they say everyone will abandon you, but you'll have your family to fall back on. I think much of Anna's problems stemmed from having grown up poor and being from a large family, but at least she has a family that still gives a care about her. If Anna's mother didnt care she wouldnt have spoken out over the years about her relationship with Howard K. Stern who I think a lot of people believe that he's got a major hand in much of Anna Nicole's problems with drinking and essentially her hard partying and not taking care of herself better.

Anna's past problems with her first overdose was just the precursor to what was to come. I saw this in a neighbor of mine who actually collapsed in front of her house from a reaction to a major cocaine binge which she wasnt breathing and luckily her sister saw this and called the paramedics and eventually she died of heart failure from acute intoxication since she had used drugs for so long and had overdosed twice that eventually her body just gave out. In Anna Nicole's case I think that's essentially what happened her drug and alcohol usage basically caused her body to just give out from the stress of using this stuff for so long and so much that her body couldnt take it anymore.

It's hard to live right when you're in Hollywood and you're surrounded with all the sex, drugs, and anything and everything you ever wanted catered to your every whim. Anna needed to be around people who cared about her and not just caring about her because she was a celebrity. She was pretty, but the lifestyle she lived had made her into something that wasnt nice at all. I hope that Howard K. Stern is stripped of his law license so he can't do this to another celebrity who needed to be guided better than this.

i think its really suspicious how howard k. stern was in the room. i dont know if its true, but someone told me he was also in the room when anna found her son dead. iunno, their deaths seem just too similar.

but...no one knows yet.

well she was found unconscious and there were no signs of trama or a struggle during the autopsy expecially no drugs
