because they give us an overload of emotion, and the only way to epress that is by crying. also because in some movie you may feel bonded to the characters and they seem so real to you sometimes so you hate to find that they die or that they won't be coming back after the movie ends.... I love tear jerkers

I usually cry because I feel bad for someone, or because someone in the movie
had won something or did something that they had never done before.
I don't know exactly why they make us cry, but I guess that it could be from an overload of emotions from what your watching.

because you feel you have a connection to the person or persons who are having a crisis the green mile omg i cried through the whole movie just thinking about it makes me well up :*-(

Because when you watch it you feel like you are that person in that movie and it makes you feel what they are feeling.
