Its' what many people believe. In fact there's supposed to be an entire citadel underneath London, which has been dubbed Q Whitehall by some. Some people claim to have found entrances in various place around London as well.
There were, and maybe still are underground goverment facilities that are there in the event of a nuclear attack, that have sleeping and living quarters in them.
The thing is, no one is ever really going to find out if they do exist, as if they did, they'd end up being broken into.

No, it's a conspiracy theory. Same as a secret tube station from the BBC and parliament. In the event of an emergency such as a nuclear attack the tube would be useless due to the electro-magnetic pulse.

There's always High Street Kensington, near Kensington Palace, or Green Park, if she's at Buckingham Palace. As for a secret tube station, I doubt it very much. The tube isn't very safe at the moment.

DOWN interior the TUBE STATION on the hours of darkness Lyrics Artist(Band):The Jam The distant echo - of remote voices boarding remote trains To take them abode to those that they love and who love them consistently The glazed, grimy steps - repeat my own and replicate my suggestions chilly and uninviting, partly bare different than for toffee wrapers and this morning's papers Mr. Jones have been given run down Headlines of dying and sorrow - they tell of day after today Madmen on the rampage and that i'm down interior the tube station on the hours of darkness I fumble for substitute - and pull out the Queen Smiling, beguiling I put in the money and pull out a plum in the back of me Whispers interior the shadows - gruff blazing voices Hating, waiting "hey boy" they shout - "have you ever bought any money?" and that i reported - "i've got a sprint money and a eliminate curry, i'm on my way abode to my spouse. She'll be lining up the cutlery, you be conscious of she's watching for me sharpening the glasses and pulling out the cork" and that i'm down interior the tube station on the hours of darkness I first felt a fist, and then a kick i'd desire to now scent their breath They smelt of pubs and Wormwood Scrubs And too many appropriate wing conferences My existence swam around me It took a seem and drowned me in its own existence The scent of brown leather-based It mixed in with the climate It filled my eyes, ears, nostril and mouth It blocked all my senses could no longer see, pay attention, communicate to any extent further and that i'm down interior the tube station on the hours of darkness I reported i became down interior the tube station on the hours of darkness the final element that I observed As I lay there on the floor became "Jesus Saves" painted via an atheist nutter And a British Rail poster study "Have an Awayday - a low fee holiday - Do it right this moment!" i peeked decrease back on my existence And concept approximately my spouse 'reason they took the keys and she or he'll think of its me and that i'm down interior the tube station on the hours of darkness The wine would be flat and the curry's long previous chilly i'm down interior the tube station on the hours of darkness do no longer elect to flow down in a tube station on the hours of darkness

Knowing Blair, he has probably told the queen that she can't use it for her own personal safety & security and it's now only for use by him, Cherie and his cabinet, past & present.
