I got it as a christmas gift last year and it worked fine. I bought cartridges for it and then it would print with mostly pink dark lines in whatever i printed, and then the black stopped working at all. now, neither black nor color work. it prints out a blank page. these are brand new cartriges and i only printed out 10 or 15 pages at the most before it started tripping.

It sounds more like clogged ink carts again. Which many people face usually with ink jet printers.

Pls chk the cart if the seal has been peeled off as the other suggestion. This might help !!

Besides that, u may try to place new cart if you are very sure that the printer was regularly in use and it used to work well till the inks run out.

Good luck !! Hope the above comments helps !!

It might be that the cartridges you purchased are defective, just to make sure, you did remove the plastic underneath the cartridges right?, if so the first thing I would do is take the cartridges out and check to see if their not block by something, put them back into the printer, if this does not work try reinstalling the driver, if their not block and replacing the print driver does not work, I would replace the cartridges and if this does not work you need to buy a new printer. Hope this helps.

it could be the connection between the printer and your computer, maybe you need to have someone take a look at the connection to see what could be the cause of the whole thing.
