A hoochie-mama to me is someone who wears little or no clothing (too tight, with body parts spilling out), with high heels, teased hair, WAY TOO MUCH makeup, big, gaudy earrings, fake gold rings (many of them), and is chewing gum as if it were cud.
EDIT #2... I forgot to mention that she would also bend over for absolutely no reason, to show that she's not wearing panties under the ripped tube-top that she's wearing as a skirt!

It's Gwen Stefani for me!The instant i saw those words i thought of the song Harajuku Girls.Even though they sound nothing i like i keep thinking of the line that comes before "im hanging with the locals" it says "Yoji Yamamoto".
Secondly it reminds me of the spice girls cos of their song Mama.
Thirdly,it reminds me of the Black Eyed Peas because is one of their songs Fergie says "Who's Your Mama?" and Hoochie-mama sounds like that.
Lastly it reminds me of my own mama!!
