Possibly, but probably not. Male hamsters do not have enough sperm in the first few mounts to reliably impregnate a female. (Don't ask me what scientist discovered this but it is well known amongst the top breeders). Most breeders will leave the male and female together until the female rejects the male or the male gets too fatigued.

yes it is most likely pregnant this has happened before with an older hamster that i had the male mounted her and then we found out a while after it had about 3 children

i swear to gawd rodents get pregnant if you look at them funny... i had this little one that was practically a baby it looked like, i never had it with a male, and boom.. a bunch of little bald babies.
