why does the film armageddon always make me cry????

every time i watch the film even thought i know what happends in it, it still makes me cry isit because its a sad and a happy endding all at the same time or something eles.

I always cry when I watch that movie. It's the father-daughter relationship that gets to me. I can never imagine having to say goodbye like that...

I get the same feeling on The Land Before Time when the baby dinosaur's mummy dies and hes left wandering alone...

Because Bruce Willis' character dies. He sacrifices himself to save Ben Affleck's character so he can marry his daughter.

I know me too! I aked that same question like a year ago or something. Someone told me that because i know what happens, its harder on me. It may be because you care and know alot about the character. I know it sounds reeeeeeeeeally corny, but just think about it.

it makes you cry because it was a bad movie that was an attempt at bruce willis trying for a drama film other than the die hard moives. he needs to stick to what he knows and thats the die hard movies.
