Oh no! I received a brand new mint chocolate cell phone for christmas and i have rarely dropped it, and i've been treating it very carefully....then today at school i was just pressing a few buttons to look at something and it suddenly just shut down and turned off! when i turn it on the screen is plain white. it still makes the same noise and when someone is trying to call me it vibrates, but other than that it isn't working normally. i also tryed charging it, but the white screen did not change. it was very expensive and i don't have the money to replace it...what should i do and how can i fix it????? thanks!

chill, i know about electronics. all it is... well there are these two strips that send a signal to the screen to display an image. they are very sensitive and can easily be knocked out of place. They are called "zebras" im not joking either. Go to the store and have them fix it. its really simply and only takes a couple minutes. dont do it urself or you will void something or other. just say my screen went out suddenly. if they say sorry we cant fix it or try to have u pay them more than like $5 dont. send me an e-mail at fonaplats@yahoo.com and i will send u step by step instructions on how to fix it. its really simple.

i think the best thing to do is if u havent done so...tell ur parents
maybe they can take u to the store (VERIZON?) and have an associate there tell u what is wrong w/ur phone. Hope this helps.

you are in warranty. Bring it into a VZW store and have it FRU'd (replaced with a refurb)

Well you should have insurance/warranty, so if it's broken take it to verizon and have them check it out!!!
