need some help in locating proper places to help a friend collect child support. the friend of the court in st.ignance,mi is doing nothing at all. the father is a working person and does not do anything to help his kids. there is a court order, he hasnt paid since before the holidays, then it was 20.00. he is a real case. please help.

It may pay to hire a lawyer to assist your friend. They will charge a fee of course but getting some money is better than getting none. Try the district attorneys office.

If the local office is doing nothing for you, move up the ladder and contact the regional office. Tell them you would like to file an adminstrative complaint as the local agency is NOT enforcing her order:
