I got it as a christmas gift last year and it worked fine. I bought cartridges for it and then it would print with mostly pink dark lines in whatever i printed, and then the black stopped working at all. now, neither black nor color work. it prints out a blank page. these are brand new cartriges and i only printed out 10 or 15 pages at the most before it started tripping.

babygirl, does it have a "cleaning"button/ability?if so clean the heck out of it.sometimes like 8-9 times works eventually. you can try clean it a couple times then check it,etc.if it looks like it's working you've found you're answer.

it sounds like the ink jets are cloged sometimes its easier to buy a new oneget a cheap one that the ink dosent cost much there pretty cheap
