i want to hear some crazy ways you found out you were prego!!

well, my husband and i were planning a family vactaion and were planning to go to disneyland and got this SMOKING deal on a package! we were SO excited. when the told us about trip insurance ...how if we bought it and something came up like a flat tire on the way there that would prevent us from going we could get a refund. we asked them what the insurance DIDN'T cover and they told us, most everything but pregnancy....no big deal...we were PREVENTING that@! but we had a few days to decide before we needed to put a deposit down so we wouldn't lose our deal. i was a week late (no shock, my cycle was pretty irregular...the month before i was almost 2 weeks late) but my husband wanted me to take a test the next day...just to rule out that POSSIBILITY. to my HORROR, i was indeed PREGNANT! ACK!! my daughter ended up being born the week that we would have taken the trip! LOL but we are happy anyway! :) she;s a cutie!@

I don;t know if this is really a crazy way, but my boyfriend and I were planning on trying in a few months, so we planned on trying to miss my ovulation date, which turend out to be two weeks later than what it was supposed to be lol
Anyway I was so stressed out with finding a job that I didn't realise that I missed my period, so we went to our parents for the weekend ( we live an hour away from them) and I was talking to his sister who said she just took a pregnancy test and I joked saying I was going to take one because my boobs were so sore.I didn't know that cramping was a sign of pregnancy until later that weekend I was in a grocery store and just happened to pick up a book about babies and read that it was, so I knew I had to take a test. So we came back to our place after the weekend was over and I looked at him and was like 'I'm craving pickles' lol he was like 'thats it, we're going to get you a test right now' and we did and sure enough, it was positive :) We couldn't have been happier!

My boyfriend and I went out with some friends and I could not finish a beer. So instead I ordered food and afterwords went to the store and bought a pregnancy test and sure enough I was pregnant. I was 41/2 weeks.

I actually had really bad cramps on one side of my abdomen one night right before bed. The next day I had an appointment with my chiropractor, who is also a natural healer. He asked about my stomach problems I've had for years, and I mentioned the cramps that seemed to come out of nowhere. He looked at me and said, "Are you pregnant?" I told him I didn't think so, but he did some weird natuural-healer-type touch test, and was like, "You might want to see your physician." I took a test 1 week later, and I was pregnant. Go figure. My physician laughed at me when I told him, but a test at his office confirmed it. Who knows!

i seen my stomach moving and it scared me so i told my sis and she was like whos the daddy and how far along are you! but i went to the doc in early june and got a test done and negative and never paid any attention after that i was 22 wks and bought a home test just to make sure i wasnt just seeing things and came back positive my grandma didnt believe me and i went back to that same doc and got another test and came back positive also then i told him all the info about how i had irregular periods since i had got the depo shot of the year b4 and the last peroid that i remembered was in april and spotting in may and that was pretty regular for me cuz my peroids were like that anyways. all my friends that have had children always told me that i was and i told them i had gotten a pregnancy test and i am not i should have listened to them from the begining but im 38 wks and its been a very healthy pregnancy.

well i found out when i got a + PT on the 22 Jan 07 and got my conformation blood test on the 25 Jan 07. i am 8 weeks 2 days now

I had the stomach flu (I work in a hospital and it was going around) but I noticed after several days the vomiting and everything had stopped but I still had no appetite. I thought I just never got over the flu until someone suggested it. I thought they were crazy.

I was 2 weeks late. I found out 3 days before my birthday. And that little baby girl will be 4 years old wednesday. They grow up so fast.:(

There's only so many way, not a book. You miss your period 1 or
twice, you just kinda know. Some have sore breast, depending
on the term of it swollen breasts. Morning sickness a big one,
appetite change, etc.

I used to go to my sister in laws place all the time, and i would tell her that i had tummy aches, and we joked that i was pregnant, (2 weeks before my period) then i got sore breasts.
Usually our periods were syncronized and she got hers, but i still hadn't got mine, so the next day we bought a test, and it turned out i was pregnant.
My brother in law told me too. He was the first one to know!!!
