He was the son of the Goddess Aphrodite. His Greek name is Eros. It was said that if his arrows pierced your heart you would instantly fall in love. He shot the arrow that made Helen fall in love with Paris. Blessed be.

I can't remember, but wasn't it St. Valentine.......Cupid, I think, is a myth thought up to explain the cause of love. However, considering I'm only 13, I believe in him. But in my opinion, the entire holiday is stupid; shouldn't we share our love for eachother everyday?
