Since ^^^^* WHEN do Federal Judges Rule this Country?
I'm not sure when it started, but it's here right now.
Unfortunately, Apathy has engulfed me.
The up and coming dont seem to have a clue

They don't rule the country, however neither does Congress or the President, they must work within the bounds of the Constitution which Federal Judges merely enforce. Judges have no power to issue policy and have no executive power. Their judges are binding because we, as a people, have decided that the rule of Law as applied by an independent Court system grants legitimacy to our government.

An independent branch must have authority to enforce the Constitution---the Judiciary---to ensure that our freedoms are protected.

I'd rather it be a goup of judges than 1 president

It started along time ago when the Supreme Court decided that it had the right to use judicial review.

Beats me, but someone needs to get a grip on them. Especially the liberal one's. I'm concerned about Vermont and where that state is going. It is beginning to look like one great big, happy commune where anything is forgiven, even child molestation.
