Im 16 and I got this really awesome girl a teddy and chocolates already. All I need is the card and flowers. She loves roses and tulips, what is the approximate price of each on Valentines day? I might buy her only a few though

If you go to your local giant retail chain or even grocery store, you can find affordable bouquets perfect for Valentine's Day. Most are less than $20.

you don't necessary have to get her a dozen rose's if she is really awesome she will be grateful with one rose or with what you already got it's about love not accessories that counts, or maybe get your mom to help out and make her a nice dinner for the two of you since your parents might be going out after all for the dinner just have one rose in a vase in the middle of the table with only one little round fat candle so you can see every moment of her face as she can't believe that you went through that just for her and p.s. make sure you help your mom in the kitchen after all she is your girlfriend not your mother's. have fun......
