We're taking a trip in June and want to go to a rock gym but since we don't really know our way around we were wondering if there is something near our hotel... if you know of any can you please notify us of them?

The nearest major rock climbing gym would be Paradise Rock Gym at 62nd and Washington, about a 15-20 minute drive from the Stapleton area. Check out their website (http://www.paradiserock.com/) for details and directions.
The poster above mentioned REI, which has a great climbing wall in its flagship store, which is also a great place to find any sports equipment - it's at 15th and S. Platte, right downtown, off I-25 and Speer (not Sheridan) It's also about a 15-20 minute drive from your hotel. (http://www.rei.com/stores/denverflagship/)
The Denver area is a mecca for rock climbers, so if you want to try it outdoors, check with either location above to get suggestions on where to go.

go to REI on I-25 and Sheridan.
You can find several in downtown Denver... About 15mins from the Stapleton Plaza Radisson.
Just ask your hotel to furnish you the info.... They will have it all.
