My phone charger was eaten by my rabbit. I went to buy another one. When I brought it to my home and tried to charge my phone with it, it didnt work. It made my phone do really weird things. One of the main things that it does it turns my phone on and off constantly, gives me an error message, or freezes my phone. So I went back to the same place I got it, got another one and it is doing the same thing. It worked at the store but not now. I thought it might be my outlets but i have tried all of them. Whats the problem?

possibly a phone that has been adapted to a specific charger and not a universal charger. Go online and get the same exact model number charger that you had and try if you did not throw away the charger already.
