It's biological and a throwback from our tribal days when women would throw themselves before their tribal leaders andmaybe the strongest knights of them all. It's all about procuring the best DNA. Of course, its a bit maladaptive as most musicians might not have the best DNA material out there.

First they have to be super hot.
And second they have to do what u said.
They may have to do favors for the roadies to get past security.

By having low self esteem.
By believing they need the approval of a star, to be validated as a woman.
By forgetting to grow and live and spending every moment obsessing about someone they do not KNOW, since the person they are obsessing over has a life beyond what the girl sees of them as a performer.
It leads to drugs and to giving up your body, stay away from this type of life, it leads to nothing but pain!
