There is no bar in the constitution,on any candidate to fight election unless convicted/sentenced.Acussed person can fight election.Moral /ethical values do not have any place in constitution

people who don't have a conscience of their own how do they dare to be the executors of civil law,but in some cases it is possible that they have reenacted their ways but still they do not have that mind to be member of any political bureau but they may be given social service.....................................
