poop is slimey and brown but why??

When you mix all the food you eat together all the colors mix, making a brown color.

I think that fish poop is brown because the fish eat brown. Same thing for people. Because one time i ate Christmas cookies that had green food coloring . And my poop was green.

It's brown because it contains Bile, which is produced by the Liver & stored in the Gall-Bladder. The purpose of Bile is to break down fats. The slime is a mucous which is produced in the lining of the Colon, to ease the passing of waste products.

It's slimey so that it moves through you better. It's brown from the color of dead blood cells (mostly).... same for any animal really.

well most times poops can be different colors if you ated something green like green peas or cabbages . why u ask
