I really need this question answered about psp 9?

How do you make it glow I'm making blend but how do you put like a glow on it? Thanks SOOO much!!!!

So the Glow filter is no more present in PSP9. Anyway I found this tutorial about glowing text that I think you can apply also to an object. I hope this can help you :)
