It depends on who you are. A person could think some one is cold hearted, while a completely different person thinks they are both cold hearted. Humans aren't perfect....all of us can be cold hearted at times.

someone who does not care about other people. someone who does not feel any sympathy towards others. however, i do not believe there is someone in this world that is cold-hearted. everyone cares about something in their lives, they just don't know how to show them.
