We checked the wires near the battery...nothing loose. The lights on the treble are flashing but I can't turn the radio on or play a CD or see the time...it's dead besides the flashing lights. I looked in the manual and there is nothing about the flashing lights. Please help...I don't want to pay lots of dinero to fix my radio!!

There is a special code that needs to be keyed in to reset the radio. The radio is disabled when the battery power to it is cut off in order to make the radio useless in case somebody is stealing it.

Look in your owner's manual. There will be a section in it about resetting the radio. If you are lucky, you or the first owner of the car will have written the code in there that you need to reset the radio.

If you can't find the code, you'll have to go to the Dodge dealer to get the radio reset.

Any time you disconnect the battery you have
to reprogram everything. What flashing lights
are you talking about? If everything else works
ok, then you will have to take your car in and
have it checked. Sorry about the dinero.
PS. check the fuse panel.
