I'll probably change my mind but currently I think Michael J. Fox (I've just watched The Frighteners and he's adoreable).
I'd take a hunky man to distract me, even if we die (food will always run out) I'd at least hopefully not go insane from being alone.

I would take a magnificent robot servant who could help me survive and also play me radio shows from his antenna and read aloud books he has stored on his hard drive. He would, of course, be a skilled chef and be solar powered so batteries and fuel would not be a problem.

this a very tough questn, 3 items -not so tough but 1 item or person is very difficult indeed.. umm 'a big encyclopedia of knowledge' so that if i need to know anything, like how to make a fire I can do it.
