After the police searched the barn, they didnt find a body. Did I miss something?

I admit it wasn't the best film, but the special effects were very nice ....

It might be a set up for a possible sequel. In movies like that, they usually do just in case the movie was a hit.

He was killed by some sort of magic force ball that proppelled him to the barn and pretty much blew him and the barn up.

There was going to be a sequel but they based it on the gross of the first weekend whether it was worth it or not. It wasn't as good as I thought it'd be.

They made it look like he died (the director) but in the movie they never found the body so i think he is alive

considering this movie seemed more like a comic-style of magic and fighting, one can only assume that comic-style villians never die, they only come back stronger or in another form.
