The best books (aside from the Harry Potter series itself) to help fans figure out what will happen in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, are the "Ultimate Unofficial Guide to the Mysteries of Harry Potter" books by Galadriel Waters. This series analyzes each book, pointing out many details that some fans may not have noticed. They offer insight to the books that I found quite interesting. I'd also recommend "The Magical Worlds of Harry Potter: A Treasury of Myths, Legends, and Fascinating Facts" by David Colbert. There are several websites that you can count on for reliable information on Harry Potter. JKRowling.com, MuggleNet.com, and the-leaky-cauldron.org are excellent. I'd also suggest HPANA.com and hp-lexicon.org for their up to date information and clever essays.

I would guess that Harry will turn to Lupin for support, now that he has lost Sirius and Dumbledore. He has liked and trusted him in the past and he is the last of the Marauders (Peter doesn't count since he is a traitor). It is also significant that he is a member of the Order and that he knew Harry's parents. He is in a special position to help Harry. Harry knows that he is fair - even with his friends faults and in his assessment of Snape - and he's understanding, having made mistakes in the past that put other people at risk. Harry has regrets and Lupin can relate, perhaps Harry will turn to him for advice and further Defense Against the Dark Arts training. McGonagall is the new Headmistress, but Harry has already stonewalled her, as he refused to tell her about his last trip with Dumbledore. I don't think he'll trust her with his thoughts and feelings as he wants unwavering support and she is often judgemental and stern. She is fair and trustworthy, but these qualities aren't always what he desires; much like Hermione, she will tell him things that he doesn't to hear.

I also think that Harry will find and destroy the remaining Horcruxes before his final battle with Voldemort. He will have a lot of help from Ron and Hermione, but he'll probably get some help from some unexpected sources too. I expect that R.A.B. was Regulus Black and that the heavy gold locket at #12 Grimmauld Place was the locket Horcrux. I think Regulus used Kreacher to help him steal it and then hide it, since he was killed before he could destroy it. If Harry orders Kreacher to tell him what he knows of Regulus and Horcruxes, he wouldn't be able to refuse. I suspect that Harry will find at least one more of the Horcruxes at Hogwarts, in the Room of Requirement. Not many people know how to access it, even Dumbledore said that he only stumbled upon it accidentally and didn't know if he'd see it again. Voldemort was the most brilliant student he'd ever seen at Hogwarts and he had a lot of opportunity to wander the halls as a prefect, Head Boy, and a student that stayed at Hogwarts over the holidays and summer. It wouldn't surprise me if he'd discovered the room and hid a Horcrux within it, either as a student or during one of his return trips after graduation when he applied for the Defense Against the Dark Arts position.

wikipedia.com
search harry potter, and then click on harry potter and the deathly hallows.
harry cant die, by the way, because hes the main character. main characters just don't die. even in a series of unfortunate events they didn't die!
