You are probably thrown by the minus number before the 4000P. You can put the addition and subtraction numbers in any order you like. Let me show you an example:

6-2x3+4=4, right?
BUT
6+4-2x3=4, also!!
AND
-2x3+6+4=4!!

So, we know that provided that we keep the part of the equation that is a multiplication together, the rest can be in whatever order we want it. I'm sure that you know that 4000P is another way of saying 4000xP.

So, take the -4000P and put it at the very end of the equation, so that you get 5000+20000+15000+15000-4000P.

Add the 5000 and 20000 to get 25000.

25000+15000+15000-4000P
25000+30000-4000P
Then add the 25 and the 30:
55000-4000P
