This is normal unless it is so bent that it causes discomfort to you or your partner during intercourse. If so, I believe vitamin B-12 supplements can be helpful for this.

not all penis's are straight some bend upward some don't even get all the way up.

You are normal...it depends on many things, but masturbation and left handedness/right handedness plays a role as well.
