Amber Frey has.
That is good that you dumped the guy, it was probably not easy after you already had feelings for him but it was the right thing to do.

It really shows a very bad character of a person. I was mislead & lurred into a relationship with someone who was divorced. He didn't even have the guts to tell me until it was too late. In fact, it was his friend who spillled the beans. Regardless, his demons from his divorce has suffaced at my expence. It is so painful when people are dishonest. I know you have regrets as I have, but know there are many honest people who have good morals that would never do that. You are a trusting person who deserves much better.

Yes. We were in the military and both deployed. Fortunately, I found out about it before I got too attached. I dropped him and never spoke to him again.
What a jerk!
Who would want a relationship based on deception? Don't they know it's an artificial relationship? What users!

Nope i have been fortunate as this has not happened to me. I feel so bad that this has happened to you and i hope you can get past the pain of it someday and be able to move on. You are so right this is evil and cruel to do to someone and these kind of people should be told on to their spouses so they stop doing this to unsuspecting people.

Yes he lied to you and hurt you. What about his wife. He is still lying to and hurting her (oh yes, she knows in her heart something is wrong). I think you can see something positive in this. You know what love feels like, so it will be easier to find again. You know what hurting is so you will be kinder to your new love. You know how important it is to know the person before getting physical with them. So you won't get infected easily. I think you are very lucky.

If you get THAT involved, unless the person is a super-secretive person you just didn't pay attention. I find it hard to believe that someone can get THAT far into a relationship and not know, unless they are choosing to ignore the signs.
