Great Question! I personally have a few favorites. My all time favorite is http://www.WorkatHomeCareers.com It is an actual job search engine, teaches you about scams and more. They really do have legit jobs listed and it is updated daily.
I also use http://www.Wahm.com a lot, They have a great telecommuting moms folder where people post leads and warn people about scams daily, The competition is high though.

be sure to always check with the www.bbb.org/ it will tell you some stuff about a job im doing that now
