i do have one(two) deformed fish. it is a siamese fish and it is two fry joined at the stomache and i can see that they both have seperate everything and the one on the bottom is dead but the one on the top is still alive and healthy.....what should i do...

Yep, bleed is 100% correct. Sorry to say there is nothing you can do but humanly euthanize the fish. Put it in a small container of tank water and into the freezer for a while. It will kinda hibernate and then die with no pain. That's one of the ugly parts of breeding fish

Well I'm not magicman but I can still help :)
Sorry to have to tell you this but there is nothing you can do. If you leave them together the healthy one will soon die. If you separate them the living one will die, if not from stress, then from the surgery because fish can not take this sort of thing.
Those fish were doomed from the beginning.
