Do you know what this hand jesture / sign means?

With all five fingers extended the back of the hand is faced outwards. The ring finger and the middle finger are held together--seperated from the pinky and index finger. The thumb points up on a 90 degree right angle.

PINKY -__- RING-MIDDLE -__-INDEX -__-THUMB
