How did you get your dog to keep quiet and cooperate? The cat did great.

Yeah, I'm not always fully dressed and we have a big skylight by the door, so if I'm stuck in the family room there's no way I can run by the front door to my clothes which are upstairs. So I just hide. The dogs DON"T cooperate if they did people would know for sure.

BTW, I am one of those Mormon people and I absolutely PROMISE we don't bite, we don't mind hearing no for an answer and we will NOT stick our foot in your door so you can't close it. We aren't that scary! Maybe that the JW's -- don't know for sure.

Don't have a dog but 2 cats. They sleep a lot anyway so it's easy to keep them quiet.

Yes i have done that a lot of times. Try doing it at night time when you are not alone in the house, im tried keeping quiet, it worked as well.. It was kind of scary, it was just like a burglar trying to get into your home..

Have a nice day!

lol. When I was about 7 and my brother ditched school, it was horrible, I was so scared all day and everything made me jump, so not worth a day off. then a teacher came looking for us (everyone as looking for us apparently) and knocked on the door, me and Will hid under the table but the bloody dog went mental, it was terrifying. eventually she went away, but we got caught by my grandad on the way back to school. My dad has never yelled so loud

Oh, I've done that a million times. Don't worry about the dog. The dog would still bark even if you weren't home.

If the cat is interior the van and if the guy is long gone. See if the doors are unlocked or if a window is down, attempt to get the kitty out. If it doesnt paintings then call the police. the guy merits it. I went interior the direction of the comparable difficulty however the kitten grew to become into out factor and we stored her and nonetheless have her.

It's OK if my dog barks because he would bark even if I was at home.

My house is kinda big so no one knows when I'm at home so I don't have to hide.....I just don't answer the door.

Any time a Jehovah Witness or a Mormon knocks on my door I hide. I actually like when my big dog barks when they are at the door...maybe it'll stop them from coming back!!

Yes.I don't have a dog and if I did I would just let it bark because it probably would if I was home or not.
