Great! I was on my way home and side-swiped the passenger's side mirror on a stupid garbage can. Now it's hanging by the wires. Ford says they're $167 just for the part (excluding installation). I found some new ones on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AAAQ%3AUS%3A1&viewitem=&item=290081919102 and wondering if they're easy to install?

easy to install! just need to unscrew the bolts on the inside of the door and pull it out, disconnect the connection and install the other one the same way just remember how it's installed to begin with.

should be real easy, probably have to take the door panel off to do it but should be 3 10 milimeter nuts holding it on and a wire connection to disconnect.
