I either want to be an executive assistant, or an early childhood teacher (kindergarten, preschool, ect)

What skills are the strongest, I would need?
What are the possibilites, of me getting jobs like a 1 in 50 chance, or whatever.

the teacher job is better because you will be in charge and you make up the day and the kids will know you more.
