Ronaldo in his prime was an exceptional talent in an exceptionally talented team, but he is no longer that player. Sheva is finding form now after a slow start in the Premiership, but is a brilliant striker and player when at his best and has often been the key component to Ukraine success. Who will be better at Milan, Sheva will take some beating on that but we have to wait and see what impact Ronaldo has.

No Shevchenko is a good striker and did good while he was at Milan but is not doing as well at Chelsea. As for Ronaldo I think he can do what Shevchenko did. Remember Ronaldo hasn't played in a while but when he finds his groove there will be results. My opinion Shevchenko is a good player but Ronaldo is a legend.

They are both great but keep in mind they play 2 different positions for 2 different teams.

I think clearly Ronaldo has had the better year, Sheva-gol is a very good player. He just does not fit in with Chelski.

So overall on season form, I have to go with C. Ronaldo

over their career you cant compare Shevchenko with Ronaldo as Ronaldo is one of greatest players to ever play. Sheva was good at Milan but he hasn't done anything at Chelsea. Ronaldo has been voted the best player in the world 3 times while Sheva has not got one. when Ronaldo was in his early twenties there was no player like him as he could do anything, its a shame that he had such bad injuries which prevented us seeing him in his prime, i believe he could have become the best player ever, if had not had the horrific injuries.you cant compare to sheva as he can only be compared with Pele and Maradona!!!!

I don't like Scheva and hi is in really bad form and also played for rival club and Ronaldo was better at Inter in his "golden age"!

In my opinion Ronaldo is the greatest ever. He doesn't need to prove anything to anybody.
