Hmmmmm.... the air was so thick you could cut it with a knife, I get the point. Your sharp wit might not cut it this time. You might slash your budget by sharing with the neighbours, a cut of blade bone could be on order for kindness, but this is just a stab in the dark. Not wanting to bisect the situation, send Chopper your sabre toothed tiger over with out any cutting remarks, and never show your cleavage. Thrust your first incsions as these are usually the sharpest. Hes a prick of a neighbour so I say nip it in the bud.

Well not to put too finer edge on it I think you may have whetted my appetite. I think that if I were to hone my thoughts I may have to consider sharpening my defensive skills, but I have to say I don`t have an axe to grind with any of my neighbours although they do have a sharp tongue where arguing is concerned, but then again I have a razor sharp mind and am easily able to calm anyone who has the strop. I have have whittled my answer down as far as I dare, and have avoided cutting remarks. I have to say that is the best thing since sliced bread, and as for your neighbour, leave his tie alone and just buy him a Cheesecutter to keep his head warm.

Why not lend it to him. Being a good neighbour can pay off down the road. It wont cost you anything, so go ahead, and lend him the sharpener

Keep him at arms length and look at him daggers drawn which will disarm him. When he's next on the block don't keep chopping and changing. Make a clean break. Tell him you have an axe to grind and you want him out of your scythe before he bleeds you dry. Knock the relationship on the head and don't be such a warrior.

I wouldn't refuse him because he may feel cut up about it. Perhaps your friendship is already on a knife-edge and it may be best to chip in and help him sharpen them!
Try to make a point and not stand in his way otherwise he really will get hacked off with it all!

I would call the purple angel and tell him that there is trouble in San Francisco. Then you'll need to bury your hairpiece and turn around three times.

Firstly you should be on your guard with him, he could be using you a fence... I'd be quite blunt with him and cut all ties.
