im looking for transparent envelopes, they are see through, completely clear. where could i get some? its for a funky invite to my b-day party??

The paper that you would use is called Vellum and can be found at craft stores such as Michaels and Hobby Lobby. It comes in different see through colors and is quite pretty.
You would then make your own envelopes using various envelope templates that can be purchased or found online, or by carefully taking an envelope apart and tracing it.

I don't know anywhere to get them, but you could make your own. Get some transparency film for copy machines at an office supply store. Deconstruct an envelope, and use it as a pattern. Get some of super tacky tape in the scrapbook section at your local craft store to hold the enveolpe together.

Try a card shop catering for card makers & scrapbookers. They often have envelopes for putting larger pieces of journalling in scrapbooks although these can be expensive. They may have packs of tranparent bags for crafters to sell single cards in and you could use these as envelopes.
