I dropped my phone in a puddle of water. I pulled it out quickly, and it does not seem too damaged. The only problem is it keeps showing this error message "Invalid Battery". Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it. I have already tried replacing the battery.

I think the battery is damaged. Let it dry out anyway for a couple of days and try it again. If it doesn't work, you have to buy a new one.
